2003 Alexander Valley Cabernet
Sauvignon Deeply colored, floral and berry nose with emphasis on
violets, plum and blackberries with hints of tobacco and green pepper.
Excellent texture and softness in the mouth with the subtlety of
balanced, integrated tannins. An elegant, refined and seductive wine
to enjoy now or cellar for the future.

2004 Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc
When we initially released this wine to the San Francisco Chronicle Wine
Competition and were awarded a silver medal, we marvelled at its fresh
fragrance with gooseberry and passionfruit undertones and creme caramel
richness and excellent acidic finish.
This wine has developed unbelievably in the bottle and has delveloped a
wonderful richness and complexity while still retaining its fruitful
fragrant introduction.
A special wine to savor now yet with enough acid remaining to enjoy it the
future.

Trois Voyelles Cabernet Sauvignon - Harvest
Morning
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvest
morning awaiting picking.

Trois Voyelles Harvest
Harvest morning in 2005 was clear and
twelve men striped the vineyard by 11AM assuring the grapes were cool upon
arrival at the winery.

Trois Voyelles Ranch at
Harvest
2005's Crush came fast and furiously as we were blessed by a blast
of warm weather that ripened the grapes to perfection in October. Here we
are loading Cabernet Sauvignon grapes onto the flatbed to make the trip to
the winery.
